4/3/25 – submission period starts, with sides
4/12/25 (end of day) – submission period closes
4/13/25 – First round notifications sent out, with further instructions
4/14/25 – 4/19/25 – first round callbacks via Zoom (20 minutes each)
4/19/25 (end of day) – Second round notifications sent out (with more instructions)
4/21/25 – 4/22/25 – Second round callbacks (TBD in person in Pasadena)

First read through 5/5 will be in Pasadena, CA; music rehearsals (5/6 – 5/9) and performances will be at the Los Angeles LGBT Center in Hollywood. All rehearsals will be in the evenings (approx 6 – 10) except Friday 5/9 which will have both a tech session approx 10 – 2, and a run through approx 6 – 10. (Times may vary slightly depending on availabilities).

ALL rehearsals and performances are mandatory. Note any potential schedule collisions in your cover letter and we’ll take that into consideration.

Please note your availability in your cover letter. Attach resume and pic, and video of one (or more) sides, appropriate to the character you wish to play. Ensemble submissions do not need vids. You must carry your own insurance.
